I am a recent Harvard graduate with a degree in Environmental Science and Public Policy. Given the inter-disciplinary nature of my major, I had to learn a lot of different subjects all at the same time. I also had to learn how to adapt to many different instructor's teaching and examination styles. After taking 3 semesters of calculus at Harvard (equivalent of what is taught in one year of high school AP calculus BC), I learned there is no such thing as a stupid question in math. When it comes to writing - I have a lot of experience writing research papers, as well as personal essays, and historical critiques. My approach to tutoring is not one of memorization, but to play to the strengths of the student so that they can accomplish the work themselves, without feeling that they are being forced to think in a certain way. ¡Oh, y tambien hablo español!
